Jason York

Chief Financial Officer

Jason has over 20 years’ experience in chartered accounting and corporate finance. He has led the finance function in both small and large multinationals. Prior to joining Insitec, Jason was the CFO for a listed water technology company called Rubicon Water.

Michael Branch

Director of Sales and Strategy

An enterprise and solutions architect with over 30 years’ experience in the technology industry, Michael is a leader with a people-first approach. He has been with Insitec as a director and senior executive since its inception in 2001, steering the company through periods of major change and growth. Michael has led Insitec for most of its history and has carriage of the overall growth and corporate strategy within the company and has overseen the rapid growth of Insitec from 25 staff to nearly 200 in less than four years. He has led many of Insitec’s most complex projects and is a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with extensive knowledge and guidance on their ICT strategy development and implementation. He holds a Bachelor of Computer Science and has served on many boards providing his leadership and technology skills to these endeavours.

Andy McNeill

Insitec Chairman / Chief Operating Officer

One of Australia’s leading security architects, Andy has a 20-year background in ICT system design and systems administration, cybersecurity, and resilience. He leads Insitec’s systems integration services team and has extensive experience in deploying and supporting complex IT environments. He is expert in reviewing cyber security issues in the context of business risk and has led solution and security design for numerous high-level projects at the Department of Defence, Australian Signals Directorate, the Department of Industry and for key commercial partners.  In his governance roles at Insitec, Andy has been a company director since 2011, and is currently in his second term as chairman of the Insitec Board of Directors. During his tenure as chairman, the company has seen unprecedented growth and stability.

Adam Wilson

Insitec MIS General Manager

Adam is a highly accomplished professional in the fields of ICT and Systems Engineering, recognized for his innovative leadership of technical and non-technical teams. In 2020, he assumed the role of General Manager of the Military, Intelligence, and Space business unit following a successful tenure as a solutions architect and senior executive at Insitec since 2012. With a wealth of experience exceeding two decades, Adam has excelled in various domains, including infrastructure, virtualization, design, Defence intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance, technical architecture, systems engineering, and team leadership. His ability to swiftly comprehend and address complex technical challenges establishes him as a pivotal link between engineering requirements, decision-making processes, and overarching business strategy. Adam’s professional journey includes serving as an ICT and communication specialist in the Royal Australian Navy, and he continues to contribute to the community as an Officer of Cadets with the Australian Navy Cadets. Furthermore, he actively mentors veterans undergoing the transition from Defence, showcasing his commitment to both professional excellence and community engagement.

Hayden Aislabie

Critical Projects Director

As Critical Projects Director, Hayden delivers customer success across Insitec’s priority projects – working closely with the Project Management team and the technical and engineering teams. Providing more than ten years of technical project leadership at Insitec, Hayden reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer to ensure that Insitec projects are delivering high quality outcomes to customers, on time and on budget. A highly skilled engineer with qualifications in Networking, he has in-depth knowledge of networking technologies and virtualisation and has held various senior roles with Insitec including Lead Engineer and Infrastructure Solutions Manager. Hayden has designed and implemented highly available, mission critical systems and led engineering teams working on major Defence projects.  He joined the Insitec team in 2012.

Angela Manson

Insitec ICT Operations Manager

As leader of Insitec ICT, Angela manages all aspects of operational service delivery, from liaising with sales, to meeting client requirements and identifying opportunities for growth. An experienced manager of process, people and projects, Angela joined the Insitec Team in 2021, having previously worked in Service Delivery and Organisational Change roles in the IT sector.

Emily Duke

Corporate Services General Manager

Emily has managed and had oversight of all corporate services for Insitec during a significant growth period over the past five years. She is an experienced senior manager with a people-first approach to human resources, finance, communications, sales, legal and facilities management. With skills gained in leadership and organisational development, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement, her role as a key member of the executive team continues to grow and evolve. Before joining Insitec, Emily worked in corporate roles in business consulting, finance and the Australian Department of Defence.

Jim Bancroft

Military Systems Ambassador

Jim is an experienced executive across strategy, policy, planning, operational command, education, capability development, ICT and material acquisition. He has supported Insitec since 2017 as a director of the company and in strategy and business development. Jim has held executive leadership roles for the likes of Northrop Grumman, Hanwha and Saab. His Army career highlights include: command of a UN Multinational Brigade in East Timor, Commandant of the Australian Command and Staff College and command of an Infantry Battalion.
